I decided to make a post planar chaos goblin deck.  The simian spirit guides make the deck 1000x faster.  This deck wins consistently 3-4 turn.

Goblin Chaos 60

Mana 19
4x SSG
1x Ruby
10x Mountain
3x Barbarian Ring
1x Strip

Creatures 21
3x Goblin Warchief
4x Raging Goblin
4x Goblin Piledriver
4x Mogg Fanatic
2x Mogg Flunkies
4x Goblin Lackey

Burn//Boost 20
3x Reckless Charge
4x Chain Lightning
2x Fireblast
3x Goblin Grenade
4x Incinerate
4x Lightning Bolt

As is said before, SSG just dominates.  I can get 2-4 creatures out first turn w/ the help of the gorilla!! The deck is way to fast for most combo and it usually beats control.  Stax kills it though, 3sphere and Smokestacks i just can't keep up w/.  Should i run some maindeck anti artifact like shatter??  Do i have to much burn and not enough creatures?? And, if you know of some good goblins that could help me, please, let me know.

Toodles,

Wait.. what?   I'm going to put this gently.  This deck looks at best like a fairly consistant turn 3 or 4 kill (when undisrupted), Possibly some sort of broken turn 2 win is possible - but even in legacy turn 3-4 is not considered fast combo.  Any deck planing on winning on turn 4 needs some disruption.

I think the Spirit Guide actually gives you some good game against stax.  Perhapse running something like Goblin Vandal or Goblin Welder would help.  Also Shattering Spree is most likely your best non-goblin answer to artifacts.

Good God yes!  I would start by cutting Chain Lightning, Reckless Charge, Fireblast and Incinerate.
Goblin Grenade and Lighting Bolt are fairly powerful.  And if you want to go "heavy burn" then I would stop there (as far as non-goblin burn).

To finish the goblin burn package:
Fanatics (which you already have)
+4 Gempalm incinerators.

Now you can't aim the Gempalms at players.. but thats ok, because they can basically smite any creature that stands in your way.. and they are uncounterable (with normal counter spells).

As for additional creatures:

+4 Goblin Ringleader - This guy is a staple in any goblin deck.  He will replenish your hand and provide 2/2 hasted legs.  A bit expensive @ 4 mana, but with warchief your probably doing alright.

+4 Goblin Matron - Demonic Tutor is one of the most broken cards in magic.  Goblin Matron is essentially Demonic tutor ... but you also get the _BONUS_ of paying {1} extra mana for a 1/1 goblin!  With Warchief out that 1/1 goblin is free!

Now that we've said his name twice...
+1 (going to 4) Warchiefs.  Warchief is pivitol to goblin decks.  If you drop this guy, not only is he a psudo-timewalk (allow your guys to attack 1 turn sooner) hes alos a psudo-moxen (because your guys are cheaper).

-- Cards for a Matron tool kit --
Now that you essentially run x4 demonic tutor, you can run some 1-of goblins that are "Sometimes worthless ... but sometimes amazing"

+1 Seige-gang Commander (SGC) - I know he's 5 mana... but with Lacky and Warchief, hes well worth it.  Getting those 3 tokens can give you a huge swing... also his "{1} {R}, Sac goblin: 2 damage" is alos very powerful late game.

+1 Goblin Sharpshooter - Sharpshooter is an amazing answer to Agro decks.  He adds a little extra sting to your SGC and Fanatics - and he can mow down litterally an infinite ammount of x/1's

+1 Goblin Welder - I would personally never run a goblin deck without at least one of these little gems.  Goblin Welder lets you "Un-tinker" whatever your opponent decides to tinker.  It will help your stax match, as well as your control match.

+1 Goblin Lord - recently Goblin Lord changed into a goblin ... so now you can tutor for him with matron.  This guy is another gem against aggro (esp red-based aggro) because he beefs up all your guys... and gives them mountain walk.

+1 Kiki-Jiki Mirror Breaker - Jiki is AMAZING in goblins.  Keep in mind that whenever he copies a dude, that creature's "When ~ comes into play..." abilities _WILL_ trigger.  So for example if you copy a SGC... the SGC copy will die EOT but the tokens will not.  If you Copy a matron, you get to tutor again!  After you've had your fun coping the 'set-up' goblins you can just copy that Piledriver for the win.

Other Goblins to consider:
Ib, Half-hearted  - Cool if you face alot of 3/3's and 4/4's ... also good in long games to turn moutains -> dudez.  Ultimately not great if your running all that burn because you can just burn down anything that gets in your way.
Goblin Vandal - great against stax
Goblin Tinkerer - kinda neat for chomping on moxen... also can sacrifice himself to take down something big.  Techy with Goblin Lord ... if you face alot of {1} cost artifacts?

--------------------------------------

Another note:  If you want to keep this deck competative -and- mono-red.  Some cards you might want to look at:
Dead//Gone
Red Elemental Blast or Pyroblast
