Hey Guys!!  I decided to make a fun Blue/red wizards control/bounce deck.  Its pretty cool and it actually holds up pretty well!!

Wize Wizards// 60 (lame name...)

Creatures// 16
4x Temporal Adept
3x Trinket Mage
3x Voidmage Prodigy
2x Erayo, Soratami Ascendant (I Know hes not a wizard!)
4x Grim Lavamancer

Artifacts// 6
1x Pithing Needle
1x Tormod's Crypt
1x Engineered Explosives
1x Mox Sapphire
1x Mox Ruby
1x Black Lotus

Red Spells// 5
3x Red Elemental Blast
2x Fire//Ice

Blue Spells// 12
2x Merchant Scroll
4x Brainstorm
4x Force of Will
1x Ancestral Recall
1x Fact or Fiction

Land// 22
4x Rishadan Port
4x Volcanic Island
4x Flooded Strand
1x Strip
3x Wasteland
4x Island
1x Mountain

Sooo, i thought it would be fun to make a Blue/Red control deck with awesome wizards and the occasional Moonfolk Monk.  The Voidmage Prodigies gave me the idea and It turns out its pretty good ( i love how the prodigies allow me to sac a lavamancer or something and counter).  The Adepts just kick ass, it really pisses the opponent off.  Also, the Ports are really good in raping the mana base.  I put the tinker mages in the end (i kinda forgot about them).  This allowed me to thin out the deck with singleton artifact killers.  Let me now what you think of it and if I am missing some valuable cards!!

I suppose that it's safe to assume that Red Elemental Blast is a metagame-relevant card for you.  If not, then I would not bother with it in a deck I was preparing for a generic, casual field.  In that position, I would consider some combination of more Fire/Ice, Arc Lightning, or Electrolyze.  If it absolutely must be cheap to cast, then Lightning Bolt, Mark of Eviction, or even Gigadrowse may be better solutions for board control.  If you're using it more as a counter, then Mana Leak or Miscalculation may be more suitable.

EDIT:  I forgot to mention Jilt as a possible replacement.  It is one of my favourite two-for-one utility cards for U/R.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

I would just like to recommend Sage of Epityr for a deck like this.  He is another 1-drop, and gives recurrable card selection if you can bounce it (i.e Temporal Adept).  Of course, you have a trinket mage toolbox, which is a great thing, so a singleton Divining Top might fill that role easier.

Also, consider Azami, Lady of Scrolls as an extra draw engine to put extra wizards to use?  Or Teferi to play out any of your utility creatures at instant speed?  To be sure, they are both 5 mana, which could be a lot depending on how fast your games play, but if you could get them online in the mid-late game, they could helpful securing card advantage over your opponent.  You could try switching them in place of the two Erayos, he seems hard to flip.

I like your list guevara59.  It is a "theme" deck for sure but a very cool one, WotC has been printing a lot of good cards with creature type Wizard lately.

(edited for clarity)

Thanks much for the Advice!!  Teferi and Azami are both pretty effective but, due to their casting cost, ill just play the Teferis.  Instead of using the sages im probably gonna use a Top.  Also, regarding Ephraim, i really like the Jittes, the.  I also tested out Swords of Fire and Ice and they work well too.
