Upset the Grave:
I see a lot of potential for abuse with Dredge X.  I'd reduce it to some finite number or none at all.

Mage Void:
This is a rules nightmare.  It will clog the stack ridiculously.  It might also make some weird Solidarity variant really good.

These two cards should be in separate threads. Both cards are ridiculously overpowered and undercosted. Upset the Grave is Regrowth with dredge and Mage Void is just stupidly powerful. Eye of the Storm is a good baseline to compare it to.

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.

I thought storm was red : (

Black regrowth that regrows itself is prettty good.

Mage void is insanly broken.

Spesifically:  Reset Hidetide (solidarity)

And even more broken if you have a way to put him into play at instant speed, namely:  AEther vial

Sorcery

Dredge X, where X is half the number of cards in your libary, rounded up.

That makes it very risky to Dredge it up. One Crypt and it's game over if you dredge it more than once.

Mage Void   {2}{U}
Enchantment
When Mage Void comes into play, end your turn immediately. You may not respond to this effect. During the next turn, you may not play spells or activate abilities.
Sorceries and instants have Storm.

Comes into play later and doesn't allow you to play anything next turn.

It seems too much like reverse final fortune:

"Target opponent takes an extra turn, after that turn, you win the game."

This really needs to cost like {3} {U} {U} at the least.

Not neccessarily. Think about how much it would suck if they went Mox, Duress...or played say Brainstorm than Recall.

Also remember that Force of Will has Storm. A well played Force of Will counters a huge stack.

I believe the wording you are looking for is

Mage Void - 1U
Enchantment
Split Second - When Mage Void comes into play, end the turn.
Sorceries and instants have Storm

I think that would template it so only the CIP ability has split second.  I think it's way too powerful for 2U since you automatically win the next turn.

And there are a few (ok, very few) ways to get this into play during your opponents turn. How would you feel if you're opponent rectored this into play during your upkeep?

True. Should it be "if it is your turn". It sounds janky.

I guess it can be upped to  {3}{U}.
