Hey,

This card seems like a lot of fun and would probably find some play in black beat decks.

Growing Vampire
B
Creature -- Vampire
0/1
When Growing Vampire attacks and is unblocked, you gain 1 life.
When Growing Vampire attacks and is unblocked, put a blood counter on Growing Vampire
When Growing Vampire has 5 blood counters on it, remove all counters from Growing Vampire and Growing Vampire gains flying, +4/+3, and first strike.

Whatcha think?  Should it be a flip card?

Current Wording:
Vampiric Apprentice
Creature -- Human
0/1
Whenever Vampire Disciple attacks and isn't blocked, you may put a blood counter on Vampire Disciple.
At end of combat, if there are 5 or more blood counters on Vampire Disciple, you may remove all blood counters from Vampire Disciple and flip it.
----

Ilich, Vampire Lord
Legendary Creature -- Vampire King
4/4
Flying, first strike
Whenever Ilich deals combat damage to a player, that player loses 1 life.

It should definitey flip.  Wizards does not like Riding the Dilu Horse effects one bit.  That said, I also think that the lifegain ability is unnecessary.  I would make it more like:

Vampire Disciple
B
Creature -- Human
0/1
Whenever Vampire Disciple attacks and isn't blocked, you may put a blood counter on Vampire Disciple.
At end of combat, if there are 5 or more blood counters on Vampire Disciple, you may remove all blood counters from Vampire Disciple and flip it.
----

Big Vampire
Creature -- Vampire
4/4
Flying, first strike

This is sort of interesting.  It's like a reverse Bushi Tenderfoot.  Thing is, Bushi Tenderfoot could usually at least get in for 1 a turn because the opponent feared tricks that could potentially flip it into Kenzo, which was an almost unbeatable card in Limited.  With this, there is virtually no motivation for the opponent to let it through.  And even if it does, an opponent will almost always risk a 1/1 on keeping the last counter from getting on this thing.  In short, it will virtually never flip.

Should I give the first creature flying already to give it more of a chance?

Why not give the unflipped version Fear, as in Guiltfeeder?  It makes sense flavorwise.

I really like the idea of fear, it gives it a realistic chance at flipping.
