Actually, it would be more like:

Counter target spell.  Oh man, I drained this guy's hardcast Colossus this one time.   It was really broken when.... Oh, right, the rest of this card.  At the beginning of your next main phase, add x mana to your mana pool, where x is equal to the converted mana cost of the spell countered.  Man, this card is redic, but I'm sick of all the restriction debate over the brokenness of Mana Drain.  Dude! Look! A squirrel!  Oh, and why isn't this card foil?  I once found this thing called "Banana Drain" once.  That bears an amazing similarity to Mana Drain, no?

I will break into your house while you aren't home and disguise myself as a chair. Then I will leave before you get home, but there will be a place at your table where I was a chair and you will wonder why there isn't a chair there. Then later I will leave the chair disguise on your doorstep and you will realize what has happened and you will be afraid all the time. Helter Skelter mother fuckers!

True, True. Even 'Flying' would be 2 keywords: 'Heeft Vleugels' or something..

'Vliegend' of 'vliegt'.

actually flying would be translated as: vlieger or vliegt.

As for other translations, as i see it, every translation is bogus.

Just look at this one.

Ich stocke meinen mana mit drei schwarzen mana durch ein schwarzes ....

Ik voeg drie zwarte mana toe door het spelen van een zwart ritueel.

So actually dutch would be a lot shorter than German but still there are German cards but no Dutch. Still both sound really nice when an English person tries to pronounciate these sentences.

On a related (not really) topic, this reminds me of something obscure that you've never heard of but is insanely hilarious.

I had heard that the reason Italien legends was printed was because that some importent some president of an Italien company liked the idea of magic so, he got wizards to have a massive print run. It never really became too popular which is why wizards is stuck with so many italien legends cards today. Keep in mind I could be totally wrong about all of this.

I submitted this question to ask wizards a couple weeks ago and they answered in case anyone is interested:

Q: I have always wondered why Italian got the first non-English printing of a Magic set (Legends). Was there a particularly strong demand amongst Italians for Magic, or was the decision completely arbitrary?

A: From Ilja Rotelli, Director of Online Media:

Italians are smarter.

Seriously. It happened because the owner of Stratelibri, Italy's largest publisher/distributor in the hobby games industry, was the first one to recognize Magic's potential. He contacted Wizards of the Coast before everyone else to localize and distribute the product in Italy.

That being said, Italian demand was crazy right away. Italy has always had a very strong RPG community, and that was the environment Magic attached to in its early days. Italy, back then and today, is one of the very strongest markets for Magic activity after the United States.
