So, I've got an older deck, lovingly called "The Assassin Deck"

Here's the list:
4x Nettling Imp
4x Royal Assassin
4x Master Decoy
4x Dark Ritual
2x Trap Runner
2x Haunted Crossroads
1x Demonic Tutor
1x Sol Ring
1x Mind Twist
1x Avenging Angel
1x Sorceress Queen
3x Disenchant
4x Animate Dead
1x icy manipulator
3x Nekrataal
4x Scrubland
11x swamp
9x plains

---------------------------------------------
Obviously fetchlands would make this better. The reason that some of the cards are 1-ofs is because I traded for most of the stuff. Anything that wasn't in revised wasn't readily available. I had the assassins and imps because I really liked them, but everything else was traded for, and this deck evolved over a period of 3-4 years (finally stopping after Masques). I'd like to pimp this, up the power level a bit, and generally get back into the casual side of things. What are the casual player suggestions?

I have a deck that is similar to this.  I have found that Souls of the Faultless is an amusing compliment to Nettling Imp.  Instead of killing their Grizzly Bear by tapping it down first, you force the poor thing to attack, which results in them losing life and you gaining life.

As far as upping the power level, you may consider Orim's Chant as a compliment to Nettling Imp.  Even better, Maddening Imp affects all of your opponent's creatures.  That pair would allow you to wipe out all of your opponent's creatures at once.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

Souls of the Faultless (by the way this is one of my favorite card names ever) is a cool card for this deck.  Also Wall of Nets is another decent card if you're forcing your opponent's to attack.

Also Whipcorder could make a decent subsitution for Master Decoy.
