So I think that this is possibly one of the worst cases of research ever:
http://news.yahoo.com/s/livescience/20070618/sc_livescience/studylinkscandycigarettestosmokingSpoiler: 22% of people who smoke have had candy cigarettes..
Why do I find this funny?
Reason: There is none of the following information..
% of people who eat candy cigarettes that have started smoking since.
And while we are at it.. % of people who chewed gum as a kid who smoke now.
Lastly while we're on the ball.. What % of people who smoke now used to wear pants as a child..
Conclusion: Wearing pants in your youth inspires smoking.
BAN PANTS!
Opinions?
