This deck looks like complete crap, I'm sure bet let me assure you, ITS NOT.  Never, ever before has there been a synergy of urborg + mind bend to make a gush card engine off your lands.  It's almost as if you just played islands instead!  May I also say floating a blue in response to magus of the moon/blood moon, and mind bending it into blue is equally amazing.  Basically you play out as a normal gush deck, riding the insane amounts of merchant scrolls into recalls and mind bends so you can start your gush engine up.  Once you pop, the fun don't stop ladies and gentlemen.  Sooner or later your bound to draw into a tinker or a tutor, and from that point you can set up your win condition through Brassman.  As well all know, Brassman DOES win tournaments so I find that excluding him as a win conditional was blatantly stupid (A Brassman deck won 2 waterburies ago so I figured It would still be good tech here).  As you all know meandeck hunts down spies like me, so I'll be taking off to remote cape cod and they will be unable to find me there.  This is the deck they planned on winning worlds with, and as it is right now it combines the power of gush, workshop, and brassman into a deck that is nigh unstoppable.  This plays out like MUC a few years ago, except brassman is way cooler than any snake.  If your a really savvy player, throw a curiosity on him and go to town.
Also, Brassman will block, and will kill slivers in combat.  IF brassman is poisoned please your local poison control center.

The sideboard may come in handy vs any deck that has sort of wasteland removal for your urborgs, since you lose your draw engine.  It also guarantee's you can gush, which could be nice if you get blown out game 1.  There's probably a bunch of cool things you can do with mind bend, just ask a judge.

Simple, elegant and it wins a lot.  I beat parfait the other day in fact!  The decklist is 61 cards so Codi will have to pick this deck up and own scgs in the future.   Also Steve might I suggest you -1 coalition relic +1 impulse and you've got a new meandeck combo deck!  Simply put, if you wish to win worlds, this is the deck for you.  It is as graceful as a fat camp breakdancing team, and as resilient as the French army to German forces.

Somebody tell Chapin how counterbalance works?

This must be hilarious for everyone in the northeast.  I hate you guys for having all the fun.  No offense, but in light of his recent streak with gush wouldn't you rather play Atog than BrassMan?

tinker brassman is a good play for the win.  Atog is a good win, but you need lots of things to sacrifice.  I might consider boarding 1 volcanic, and 1 atog just in case I need a better alternate win.  I thought about a virulent sliver but he wasn't cool enough.

I just read the first part of mind bend and assumed it was just put in to further magnify the joke since it wouldnt even work with urborg (then I went back and saw the second part of the card and was slightly disappointed).

I think it would be great if you replaced mind bend with Sleight of Mind.  I'm sure that would increase the comedic value as you would already be clamoring about a deck whose win condition was 1 brassman plus it would make it look like you made a noob mistake with the sleight of mind card selection.

But anyways, that's funny stuff.  Tinker>Brassman is hilarious!  I'd almost S/B it at a tourney just so I could see the reaction on peoples' faces when I did it.

I like the list,
but I think you need some River of Tears in the sideboard.
They up the emo quotient dramatically,
and after you lose game one
Brassman can cry you a river.

How does this deck beat the Demonic Attorney deck?
If you reveal Brassman you have no win condition,
and they'll own Brassman for the rest of the tournament.
You'll be given a DQ every round for an incomplete decklist!

How about a maindeck Gifts Ungiven?
Everyone knows that Gifts + Brassman = a tournament win.

Our actual list has Tendrils of Corruption and Mystical Teachings.

Nice try though.
