Can't post in the legacy under develoment forum

Hi,

Im new to this forum and i would like to post my deck here because i want to finetune it and im in need for tips.
When i wanted to post it in the legacy porum i noticed that the create new topic button isn't there.

Is this because i dont have enough rights to it or something?
how can i fix this?

You need to up your post count from 0 to 1 to post in some forums on TMD. This thread has done that for you, so you should now be able to post normally.
