Wizards is graciously having a zero proxy (sanctioned) Vintage event at 12 noon.

the tournament is "tomorrow" 12/9/07 and first place is half a box of Italian Legends with 2nd and 3rd place getting one quarter box each.

As far as I know, for the tourny, it will be swiss +1. The standings after that last round will determine the top 8. Besides the already mentioned top 3 prizes, I believe it will be additional current boosters for the rest of top 8. The tournament will start at 12pm, registration at 11am adn the price for entry is $10.

18 Players, I heard, not sure who won, I did see Sean Lind Caro there and Josh Meckes, but otherwise I was far too absorbed with the ridiculous rate draft side events were needing to be started at...

Erkki Siira got first place with Ichorid, I got second with R/G hate and I forgot who got third. The people who I knew there were the Forino brothers, Josh Mekes, Sean Lind, and Joe Davis. A couple of European pros played who weren't in the T8 of Worlds also.

I was randomly checking in though.  Congrats to sporky on second.  Boo @ Ichorid winning.

I was surprised wotc did a vintage and I could've played if I scrambled for cards but it just didn't seem worth it.  I'm still glad they did one though.

Could've asked me. I didn't have a lot of my stuff with me, but I did have extra power, duals, fetches, etc.
