The name is kind of clunky but the card is great!

That's really quite cool, although I don't see where "Exotic Weapons Master" == "Flash".

I knew someone would have a problem with the name.  I kind of like it, but I can see why it might rub someone the wrong way.

Aside from making the card better, if you look at the art, there's a lot of action in it, and he's flailing his weapons around.  I can see this guy jumping into battle at instant speed...

He also reminds me of Whipcorder.
