U/R Draining Warrens: Just a thought

Hey, guys. After going to Waterbury and going 3-3-1 with a U/R Landstill List that I thought was pretty optimal I realized that I may have been playing many of the right cards in the wrong deck. Here's a new brainchild of mine which I thought I'd run by the TMD community for some advice/tips on improvement. This idea may be complete garbage and I'm, of course, open to the comments of the community on ways to improve it. Here goes though for a decklist to begin with:

One problem I see right away is Goblins (with Squad) and Jester's Cap. Squad and Cap seem to give me potential problems. Thoughts on a solution to that? Thoughts in general?

All those views and not a single response? Is this really THAT bad an idea?

The problem I see with the deck is that it is in between Gushstorm and Long without having the speed of those 2 not good control elements. I would simply drop the Drains and Rites and add a couple of Rituals + the Black Tutors.

In your current list the Merchant Scroll do mostly nothing after getting Recall.

Also, if you do want good Storm and early Merchant Scrolls, play the full moxen, it will help you after Draw 7, will prove more Tinker targets and will make Tolarian better and will add the possibility of a turn 1 Mox + Mox + Rite + Warrens for 8.

If you insist on running 4 Drains, get that FoF maindeck.
