First of all ... Legacy is not Vintage without moxen ... It's never so easy just to put a few moxen in a deck and call it vintage ... this decklist seems like one based on this idea ... I stumbled around in the forum and faced this list containing only two copies of FoW so I was confused ... seeing Misdirection as a two-off due to it's usability to be FoW 5/6 is very common but this shows me that you must be pretty new in the topic of playing vintage.
I try to make this post more extended than just saying "won't work". Obviously you use creatures to kill your opponent by boost them with berserk and co. With an eye on GAT it's very familiar but you should realize that GAT got much more ways to protect their creatures than the list you posted. But in vintage ... power is nothing without control ... so the averange count of blue cards to make FoW usefull is about 20 cards included the copies of FoW itself to survive the first 1-2 turns. You instead cut the count and run only 2 copies!? That means simply that your dead in the water especially that your not so damn fast as Flash or almost every competitive combo deck. Pacts are useless unless in kill turn which is very ... say ... random due to lack of tutors and carddraw.
To use the Gushbond engine but not realize that it's strength relies in using Merchant Scroll to chain gushes and the need to tutor up the fastbond is kinda sad. I'll continue with that breeding pools you run instead of adding more fetchlands that fits in the picture of the list. Without basics and 11 lands (I don't count Land grant and moxen, 'cause if they catch a counter your down) you'll never drop a card on the table vs. staxx. Any one sphere-effect or a chalice @ 1 will make you scoop instantly and so stifle does. Just to grab a popular draw-engine and throw it into a deck adding the power makes no vintage-deck and ... moreover ... never a competitive one.
More in detail the deck works like GAT but with much weaker creatures and an completely inconsistent shell. Compared with it you're less aggro, have much less control, be much more addicted to topdeckmode and worst of it, your unable to react to hate and be bashed by almost every bounce, counter, removal etc. I can imagine at the moment.
I wish that you try to make your own experiences with this list by testing it yourself againt common other decklists and then discuss the weaknesses and strenght in the forum than just throw a untested and unreflected decklist in and wanna response (I'm sure you'll be dissatisfied with it's performance and so a topic like this will not be interesting for you anymore). Guess there's a lack of posts 'cause the community doesn't know where to start the discussion

Please don't get me wrong I'm not trying to (b/f)lame you, I'll simply think that your posts should show higher value so it's attractive to discuss. I repeat it but ... "experience it" before posting.
@ your PS:
Guess there's the problem again. None of the listed cards is as fast or powerfully to face the meta or is just a weaker version of a printed card like the named bind that counters only
activated abilities so oath, Empty the Warrens and Tendrils (the main reasons to run stifle) will kill you anyways. Moreover G/W does not offer you any good disruption except Swords to Plowshares. Those listed counters are simply too weak for vintage. Due to my signature this deck would become a "staxx"
