Here is a random black deck I threw together on mws earlier today...

4 Dark Confidant
4 Ravenous Rats
4 Bitterblossom

4 Chalice of the Void
4 Planar Void
2 Chains of Mephistopheles
4 Night's Whisper
4 Chainer's Edict
3 Hymn to Tourach
4 Duress
2 Infernal Contract

4 Dark Ritual
1 Black Lotus
1 Mox Jet
1 Sol Ring
1 Mana Vault
1 Mana Crypt
1 Chrome Mox
8 Swamp
4 Polluted Delta

I tested it against Flash a couple of times and it did okay. The deck needs a whole lot of work though. What could I do to make the deck more consistent, faster, or what ever? I haven't tested it much yet, but I figured I would post it here anyways to see what people thought.

If I am remembering my timing rules correctly though a Planer Void.  Flash can still combo you out during your turn.

Flash ---> Protean Hulk

Hulk and Void trigger at the same time.  Void goes on the stack first.  Than Hulk.

Resolve Hulk trigger getting Carrion Feeder and Body Double --> Hulk.

Still responding to the Hulk trigger sacrifice Body Double.

Void and Body Double both trigger.  Void goes on the stack on top of the other Void trigger.  Hulk goes on top of both.

Resolve Hulk trigger getting Lark and Mogg Fanatic.

Respond to both Void triggers by sacrificing Mogg Fanatic --> opponent.  Void triggers.

So at this point the stack is Top to Bottom:

Void trigger for Fanatic
Void trigger for Body Double
Void trigger for Hulk

Sacrifice Lark in response to all of those targeting Body Double and Mogg Fanatic.  Void triggers.

So now the stack out be:

Lark targeting Body Double and Fanatic
Void trigger for Lark
Void trigger for Fanatic
Void trigger for Body Double
Void trigger for Hulk

Resolve the Lark trigger.  Body Snatcher copies Lark.

Since in this situation you are the active player, your triggers go on the stack first.  With theres going on top.

Planer Void does stop them from comboing out on there turn though.  You would end up switching the order of the triggers.

Flash ---> Hulk

Hulk and Void trigger.

In this situation since they are the active player, the Hulk goes on the stack first.  Followed by the Planer Void trigger.  So:

Void trigger resolves removing Hulk.

Hulk trigger resolves.  At this point they can go get Body Double and Carrion Feeder.  Except there is no Hulk for the Body Double to copy, preventing them from comboing out.  Say they snuck a Hulk into the graveyard before you played Void.  They get Body Double copying Hulk.

Sacrifice Body Double.  Again the Body Double trigger goes on followed by the Void trigger on top.  Resolve the Void trigger removing the body double.  Than resolve the Hulk trigger and get Lark Mogg Fanatic.  Now they are out a Body Double and can not go infinite.

Long story short.  Planer Void is not good enough.  Play Leyline of the Void in that slot.  Any competent player with Flash will still kill you.

Also, similar logic applies to Chainer's Edict.  Diabolic Edict is simply better because it is an instant.  Again against Flash.  They:

Flash ---> Hulk

Resolve the Hulk trigger finding Carrion Fedder and Body Double ---> Hulk
Sacrifice Body Double.

At this point you can respond to the Body Double trigger by targeting your opponent with Diabolic Edit forcing them to sacrifice the Carrion Feeder.  This stops them from being able to go infinite.  They will be left with a 2/2 Carrion Feeder, a Lark and a Mogg Fanatic.  Not ideal... But better than being dead.

Also against Oath you can use Diabolic Edicts to kill Tidespout Tyrants to try to buy time.
