Narcomoeba
Creature - Illusion
P/T: 1/1
Rules Text (Oracle):  Flying
When Narcomoeba is put into your graveyard from your library, you may put it into play.

Bazaar of Baghdad
Card Type: Land
P/T:
Rules Text (Oracle):  : Draw two cards, then discard three cards.

My opponent activates Bazaar of Baghdad and uses the dredge mechanic for the two draws.  The first draw/dredge puts a Narcomoeba into the yard.  My question is WHEN does the Narcomoeba trigger resolve....after an individual draw from Bazaar of Baghdad or after the entire activation of Bazaar of Baghdad is completed.  I see players immediately put the Narcomoeba into play once it hits the yard and I think this is wrong.  I would like to use either Extirpate or Withered Wretch's ability to remove that blue bugger.  My thought is that the trigger waits until Bazaar has finished resolving.   hope my question makes sense.  What's the call?

You fully resolve the Bazaar ability before either player gets priority to do anything.

So it works out like this:
Start to resolve Bazaar (note: once this happens, neither player gets to do anything until the ability is completed)
Replace the first draw with dredge. If you hit a Narcomoeba, it triggers.
Replace the second draw with dredge. If you hit a Narcomoeba, it triggers.
Discard 3 cards.
Bazaar's ability is finished.
Narcomoeba triggers are put onto the stack.
Players get priority to do things.

You are correct in that players putting Narcomoeba into play immediately are wrong.

EDIT: Sorry, Anusien. I missed that when I changed the sentence.

Thanks for clearing that up.  It seemed obvious to me but when I see players putting Narcomoeba into play immediately I begin to wonder if I'm missing something.  Thanks again.

Bazaar has an activated ability not a trigger, but yeah.
