Imprison and Exile
2WW
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant permanent
Enchanted permanent can't attack or block, its activated abilities can't be played, and its triggered abilities don't trigger.
4WW: Remove enchanted permanent from the game and put Imprison and Exile on top of its owner's library.

I like this top-down flavor of white dealing with annoying permanents. I'm not sure about the triggered abilities part though. Has that ever been done, and could it be worded that way?

This is much too expensive. You have to pay 6 {W} {W} {W} {W} to remove one single permanent, it needs to get through potential counters, have a legal target and stay in play long enough for you to afford the ability and all for the low, low cost of 2 Oblivion Rings and a Wrath of God.

If I could make a suggestion to reduce the initial cost to  {W} {W}  and the RFG cost to  {W} {W} this would effectively be {W} {W} {W} {W} remove target permanent from the game.

Change the "top of library trigger" to a "shuffle into library if this goes to the GY" will justify some of the cost reduction but keep the "reusable" idea. You could also try a mini humility effect like "Enchanted permenent becomes a 1/1 white peasant creature and loses all abilities." Or something along those lines.

While the original version is very expensive, your suggested price is much too low. It would mainly be used as a 2-mana ObRing, and most wouldn't bother with the 'buyback' unless they had spare mana sitting around.

2WW was probably a good initial cost, just lower the buyback cost to 2WW or make it nonmana, like "tap three untapped white creatures you control" (like Hand of Justice).

I think the card looks fine. Not all cards need to be great and this is not a bad one. It would easily see play in limited. You could probably drop the recover cost to 3WW, or even the casting cost to 1WW and the recover to 2WW/3WW. The later would actually make it a really good card. But I think it is ok as it is as well.
