I have a Goblin Sharpshooter, 2 Goblin Warchiefs, an Earwig Squad, a Goblin Piledriver, and 2 Goblin Ringleaders in play and I am at 3 life.

My Opponent has a silent arbiter, an arcbound ravager, a mishra's factory, a karn, silver golem, and a stuffy doll in play and is at 7 life.

I cycle a gempalm incinerator and kill the silent arbiter. I attack with everything but the sharpshooter. My opponent blocks the piledriver with the stuffy doll, redirecting 11 damage back at me. He blocks the earwig squad with the ravager, a ringleader with karn, and a warchief with the factory. This leaves 4 damage going through to him bringing him down to 3.

With damage still on the stack, can I tap the sharpshooter and ping him as each blocked creature goes to the graveyard and kill him as well? I think this game should end up as a draw, but I'm not 100% sure. Thanks.

You attack. Stuff dies. The Goblin Sharpshooter and Stuffy Doll both trigger. The triggers go on the stack in APNAP order, so the Stuffy Doll trigger is on top of the Sharpshooter triggers and will resolve first.

so this means i die before i can use sharpshooter? I think i got it. I'll have to look more into APNAP order. That's a little foggy for me.

APNAP simply means "active player non-active player."  So this means that you, the attacking (and therefore active) player will see your triggers go on the stack first when they are simultaneously triggered, followed by those of the non-active player.  This means the non-active player's triggers resolve first, in this case killing you before your Sharpshooter untaps can be sequentially resolved in the way you want.
