Rebuild + Null Rod + Moxen

Apologies if this has been asked before; I did a search but couldn't find anything specific.

If I have in play a few land and some moxen.  My opponent has a null rod in play.

If i cast rebuild, all artifacts are returned to their owners hands.  Is there ever a time when my moxen are in play but the opponents null rod is not?  Or are they all returned simultaneously?

Nope. They all return at the same time, so you can't tap em for mana, and then replay them and tap them for more mana.
