Mishra's Factory + Humility

So if you activate a Mishra's Factory with a Humility out, will it become 1/1 or 2/2? I thought 1/1 but my opponent on MWS told me it would become 2/2 as it had sometime to do with layers, I didn't really understand him. This opponent was a very solid player ([GER]Oddball) so I took him for his word, however SCG judge revealed that the Factory would become 1/1 (http://www.starcitygames.com/pages/judgefinder.php?keywords=Humility). I heard that SCG judge however, wasn't always correct so I will ask it here for verification.

Depends on timestamp.  The rules have changed somewhat since some of the Ask the Judge stuff came out, so here's it in short:
Humility's P/T setting ability and Mishra's Factories P/T setting ability apply in the same layer, so whichever one was played later will win.  So animated Factory before Humility = 1/1, animated Factory after Humility = 2/2.
