First off, I prefer the Tinker -> DSC in the main, but that's just my opinion. I'm also going to assume that there's no Memory Jar in the main since Tinker is SB'ed. What potential opponents represent the most significant decks in your area? I'll just go with the decks that are currently considered contenders.

1.) TPS/PitchLong
- Winning the mirror is crucial when you're playing storm combo, as it's the matchup you usually have the least concentrated hate cards for. A good way to plan your SB for this match is to look for cards that will cross over and help you in matches other than the one or two that they were intended to. Good choices here include Extirpate (also strong against control decks and Ichorid) and Stifle (which has a myriad of uses.)

2.) Ichorid
- While not a consistent deck, the ability to play this deck on even the tightest of Vintage budgets means that you will be seeing it. Quality sideboard cards available to TPS for this match are abundant and diverse. I suggest Yixlid Jailer due to the fact that the average Ichorid deck is much more equipped to deal with enchantments and artifacts than creatures. I would also play some configuration of Pithing Needle and Tormod's Crypt, as they carry cross-over value into other matches such as Slaver and Stax

3.) Slaver
- This deck is a popular choice among technically sound players and has a very strong core cardset, making a very likely opponent to draw at some point. Since we have Pithing Needle and Tormod's Crypt already as a result of our Ichorid plan, we can look for another way to improve this match. Extirpate can really shine in this match as well, so in it goes.

4.) Stax/MUD/Shop Aggro
- These decks can completely unravel us if their artifacts go unchecked. It's rather simple. Some number of extra artifact bounce spells is absolutely required.

In summary, if I had to leave the Tinker -> DSC in the board, here's what I would build:

Tinker x 1
Darksteel Colossus x 1
Pithing Needle x 2
Tormod's Crypt x 2
Hurkyl's Recall x 2
Yixlid Jailer x 4
Extirpate x 2
Trickbind x 1
