That's right, folks! I'm working for Pastimes again which means we're running Vintage again. Our first one will be Saturday October 18. We need a good showing so I can convince the owner to keep running more. If we get 40 players or more there will be additional prizes. Here's the info: Saturday October 18th Pastimes 8351 Golf Rd Niles, IL 60714 11am registration 12 noon start Entry Fee: $25 1st Place Mox Pearl OR $300 in store credit 2nd Place Beta Demonic Tutor AND Beta Sol Ring OR English Mana Drain OR $125 in store credit 3rd and 4th 2 Force of Wills OR FWB Mana Crypt OR $50 in store credit *We'll be using the 25/25/25 rule. $25 entry, 25 proxies, $.25 for each proxy beyond that. Have you considered upping the proxy count?
Ben Carp has had substantially large turnouts at his tournaments which allow 25 proxies.
Just a heads up...

I'm far from committed to going, but at 10 proxy there's basically no way since I don't feel like tracking down people to borrow enough cards for that. I see no reason to not just use Ben's 25 + .25cents per extra rule. |

Consider it done. I modified the post. Please let people know about this guys. It's drawing near and we need a decent turnout to keep doing them. Prizes have been upped as well. Come support me =D Any other suggestions, by the way? |

Pics of the prizes would be excellent so that people know exactly what they would be playing for. Something simple like what Ben does would be plenty.

10 Proxies doesn't really bother me, as I own enough cardboard to make 10. However, increasing it to 25 has shown that you guys are willing to work with the community. That alone is a big plus to me. Consider me there, baring circumstances beyond my control.

I'm in! Although no turbo-land this time, unless someone can come up with a way to fit it in Tez, Ad Naus, or TPS.
