I finally have a decent idea for a deck that abuses the Balance-Hurkyl's Recall-Ignorant Bliss stack. I've tested a little bit and it needs improvement but it works way better than previous versions. It is mainly designed to attack 9sphere but it works against other decks too. Here's the list:

//Lands: 20
4 Ghost Quarter
2 Tundra
3 City of Brass
2 Flooded Strand
5 Island
4 Plains

//Creatures: 4
2 Erayo
1 Platinum Angel
1 Darksteel Collossus

//Combo: 12
4 Ignorant Bliss
4 Hurkyl's Recall
1 Balance
3 Balancing Act

//Other Spells: 24
1 Yawgmoth's Will
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Jet
1 Mox Pearl
1 Black Lotus
1 Tinker
1 Ancestral Recall
3 Mana Drain
4 Force of Will
1 Wheel of Fortune (also works well with an extra Ignorant Bliss to shape your hand)
1 Time Walk
2 Limited Resources
2 Crucible of Worlds
1 Demonic Tutor
1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Timetwister (again extra Ignorant Bliss can help shape your hand when you stack it over this)

//Sideboard
2 Parallax Tide (works well with Limited resources, Balance, Balancing Act, and as Mana denial)
2 Jester's Cap (mostly against storm)
2 Magus of the Disk (against aggro decks)
4 LotV
4 Extirpate
1 Mana Drain (if you side in the Tides you'll want the extra counter mana)

Erayo works against storm and is just a really great control card in general. Tinker + DSC is your win condition, also you can use Limited Resources + Crucible of Worlds + Ghost Quarter to eliminate your opponents mana base. This deck can be slow sometimes so Platinum Angel can buy you some time. The Balance/Balancing Act + Hurkyl's Recall + Ignorant Bliss stack (the vanishing point) works buy bouncing all artifacts to your opponent's hand and then forcing them to discard their entire hand while you keep yours and draw and extra card at the end of the turn.

I think Yawgmoth's Bargain has a place in here somewhere and the deck does need some fine tuning, but it is the most promising vanishing point build yet and does destroy 9sphere.
