Fish

CREATURES

4x Meddling Mage
4x Knight of the Holy Nimbus
4x Dark Confidant
1x Empyrial Archangel

INSTANTS

4x Swords to Plowshares
4x Force of Will
2x Echoing Truth
1x Ancestral Recall
1x Brainstorm
1x Mystical Tutor
1x Vampiric Tutor
2x Stifle

SORCERIES

1x Demonic Tutor
1x Time Walk
4x Duress

ARTIFACTS

4x Aether Vial
4x Umezawa’s Jitte
1x Mox Jet
1x Mox Sapphire
1x Mox Pearl
1x Black Lotus
1x Lotus Petal

LAND

3x Flooded Strand
3x Polluted Delta
3x Tundra
3x Underground Sea
1x Strip Mine

It's pretty much a standard Fish deck.

The Empyrial Archangel sort of acts as a "beater" in case the game gets drawn out.  It is meant to be cast with Aether vial if the case may be.

A small amount of land, but then again, nothing costs too much, plus i have the moxen and lotus to back me up.

I'm not sure where to go with the sideboard...

If I were playing a deck that has no fast way of winning the game, I would play a Null Rod to nerf the opponents deck.
And Empyrial Archangel in a fish deck with Dark Confidants and Force of Wills is too reckless. And you say Empyrial Archangel is to be placed played via Vial? When Aether Vial reaches 8 counters, it has two meanings. Either you have won the game or lost the game. In this build, I am thinking that you have lost the game when you reach 8 counters.

4 Umezawa's Jitte is too much. Its legendary and you only have 12 creatures (I am not counting Archangel as a creature).

Sorry to be blunt but this deck looks like a poorly constructed fish deck.  Sad

Yeah, it's my 1st fish deck, so I kind of expected it to be bad.

Here's a Re-Build

CREATURES

4x Meddling Mage
4x Knight of the Holy Nimbus
4x Dark Confidant
2x Aethersworn Cannonist

INSTANTS

4x Swords to Plowshares
4x Force of Will
2x Echoing Truth
1x Ancestral Recall
1x Brainstorm
1x Mystical Tutor
1x Vampiric Tutor
2x Stifle

SORCERIES

1x Demonic Tutor
1x Time Walk
4x Duress

ARTIFACTS

3x Aether Vial
2x Umezawa’s Jitte
1x Mox Jet
1x Mox Sapphire
1x Mox Pearl
1x Black Lotus
1x Lotus Petal

LAND

3x Flooded Strand
3x Polluted Delta
3x Tundra
3x Underground Sea
1x Scrubland
1x Strip Mine
1x Wasteland

Got rid of the Archangel, 2 Jittes, and 1 Vial
Added Wasteland, Scrubland and 2x Aethersworn Cannonist

Knight of the Holy Nimbus + Jitte = Pretty Much winning the game

As for the sideboard, I'm thinking 4x Null roll, 4x Leyline of the viod, but i'm not sure what else
