Dredging

Suppose i have one Golgari Grave Troll in my graveyard and no other dredgers. I activate Bazaar. For the first draw, i choose to dredge the grave troll, and in doing so, a stinkweed imp is put into my graveyard. Can i use that Stinkweed Imp's dredge for the second draw off Bazaar or, since it wasn't in my graveyard at the time i activated Bazaar, can i not?

You can use it.  You don't have to decide whether to draw or dredge until its time to do that draw, so you tap bazaar, dredge the first, then decide if you want to draw for the second or dredge again (including choosing cards just put into the yard).
