Here's an Arcane Lab based anti-combo deck I've been working on. It hasn't been tested yet but it looks viable. It's very similar to landstill.
//Lands: 22
4 Mishra's Factory
4 Mutavault
4 Tundra
4 Island
4 Plains
2 Flooded Strand

//Creatures: 4
4 Meddling Mage

//Spells: 34
4 Standstill
4 Hurkyl's Recall
4 Arcane Lab
1 Balance
4 Force of Will
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Time Walk
4 Orim's Chant
4 Abeyance
4 Extract
1 Black Lotus
1 Mox Pearl
1 Mox Sapphire

Basically you want to lock down your opponent by playing Arcane Lab and Standstills and attacking with Lands. Orim's Chant and Abeyance are to be played on your opponent's turn after Arcane Lab is out where they can counter it and play no more spells anyway or let it slide putting them in a hard lock so they basically work as Time Walks 2-9. With Arcane Lab out Force of Will is also a time walk, uncounterable and nullifies their 1 spell. I have also thought about a similar deck running Mana Mazes and Ancestral Visions. This deck could possibly benefit from Suspend cards because they don't count as being played and Ancestral Visions and/or Lotus Bloom could work. What do you guys think?

These spells are played when they unsuspend, so they will break Standstill and count as a spell for the turn for Rule of Law or Arcane Laboratory.

I would look at including more counters, otherwise they'll use their one spell per turn to do something like cast Tinker.  You might want to look at UW Fish or Landstill builds.

yeah lurker he's right
i used to play delay with rule of law in standard
they played the spell that turn
i delayed it
it goes off again in the upkeep a few turns later and it finished the spell per turn on the turn too

its a wonderful thing

Ethersworn Canonist looks like it would fit right into your deck. It is a sort of Arcane Lab with a 2/2 body.

A sidenote: aren't you too focused on the combo matchup? It seems like you would straight up lose to any form of aggro.
