[New Player] Which Deck?

Hola Partypeople,

Being a long time Legacy player I'm gonna attend my first T1 tournament this weekend. Therefor I'd love to get some advice on which deck to build as my ressources are limited. I've got the following available:


- blue Power
- 1x Library
- 1x Mana Drain
- everything but Bazaar, Workshop or Time Vault

From what I can tell the metagame is gonna be about 1/3 power and 2/3 unpowered Fish, Rogue etc. First I thought I'd definitly go with one of the various Fish builds (which woudl you suggest? UBW being strongest?) but I'd also like to go for sth. like Oath or maybe some kind of Blood  Moon + artifact hate homebrew.

Oath is really fun, and cheap if you already have the blue power
