Illusionary Mask will be the Custom Proxy for this event.  Meg is currently in labor, so we'll see how this one plays out.  If I'm unable to get the proxies to Myriad for Saturday, the winners can make arrangements with me to receive their prize.

Reason # 108 that you are addicted to Magic - you have to make a quick post to wrap things up before bringing your wife to the hospital.

Anyway - GOOD LUCK!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for "Sins of the Past" to find its way onto the birth cert.

Looking forward to this, hope to see a bunch of people for this one. I may or may not have a crazy card in my decklist.

This will be apparent when Dan does the full top-8 report, but there was an Ungodly amount of Master of Etherium there.  It'd be interesting to see a little chart of creatures across all the decks... I'm willing to bet that Master of Etherium out creatured Goyf at least 3 to 1, and that Canonist was about the same.  About 10 mins into round 1, I happen to look down the tables to my right and left, and 4 tables in a row had a Canonist in play (including myself).

Has Goyf been dethroned as "king mad beats?"
