Seven Deadly Sins
URB
Sorcery
Remove your hand from the game. Draw 7 cards. Then discard a card at random, lose half your life rounded up, remove your graveyard from the game, and sacrifice a permanent.
Lust, Greed, Envy, Sloth, Wrath, Gluttony, and Vanity

I just thought a draw 7 revolving around the 7 deadly sins would be kind of a cool idea. I tried to make it playable but also balanced. I tried to think of 7 drawbacks too but I couldn't.

I think the main problem wih this card is that it would only be played in tps combo decks, and it would probably become restricted because 7 cards for 3 mana is sick.

Yes,Tarmogoyf is probably better than Chameleon Colossus, but comparing it to Tarmogoyf is like comparing your girlfriend to Carmen Electra - one's versatile and reliable, the other's just big and cheap.(And you'd run both if you could get away with)

Are there any more drawbacks I could add to keep this playable but not broken? Or should I bump the mana cost up to 2BB or 3B?

Wizards hasn't printed Graveyard Order Matters cards in years, and for good reason. Someone misplacing a card in their graveyard should not result in the game state being ruined.

I'm not sure Draw7s are ever fair in black, especially not for less than 5.  The last "fair" Draw 7 was completely unplayable by most people, and that was Colfenor's Plans.

What if I changed it to remove your entire graveyard from the game and made it cost URB?

Maybe make all the drawbacks as an additional cost?  Then it really sucks to get countered.

A couple of years ago, I tried to come up with two ideas for fair draw 7, both of which were multi colored and gave the opponent the choice to do something to prevent shit from happening. Prepare to go back in time: http://www.themanadrain.com/index.php?topic=19920.msg323200#msg323200

We also did a fair black draw 7, which is on the master list:

Kaervek's Scorn
BBB
Sorcery
As an additionnal cost to play Kaervek's Scorn, sacrifice all permanents you control and discard your hand.
Draw 7 cards.
The living don't understand the true meaning of sacrifice. -Kaervek

So the point is unless you do something VERY original and playable at the same time, your draw 7 will not see the light of day. Much like mine did.

Flavorfully, why is "7 Deadly Sins" a draw spell?

It fits Black flavor wise and gives you 7 cards (except you discard one card at random) and you get severe drawbacks for casting it. Each card could theoretically be representative of a deadly sin.

Also, on the original post I changed the casting cost to URB and changed the graveyard drawback to remove your graveyard from the game instead of remove the top 3 cards of your graveyard from the game. Does this fix it?

Draw7s aren't fair; they're either useless or broken.  I'm extremely loathe to approve of one, especially as uninspired as this one.  I'd rather see 7 cool cards each representing one of the 7 deadly sins.

And no, other than giving you 7 cards, I don't see how this fits the flavor.  Especially not since you get 7 cards and then have to give one up.
