I'm assuming this is the Spain based tourneys.....Interesting results.  It seems that Europe is not immune to Drain and Key/Vault domination.  On the surface and based on the deck names it appears to be a semi-diverse Top 8.  But, dig deeper and you get:

5 Drain decks with 3 of them running Vault/Key.  Also, Repeal Gifts could easily run Vault/Key, as well.
