Does Yixlid Jailer neutralize Gaea's Blessing's effect? The reason I think so is because Gaea's Blessing triggers when it hits the grave. And Yixlid Jailer neutralizes that.

Also say that opponent has 2 Gaea's Blessings in his library.

If I have a Tormod's Crypt. Can I stack his 2 Blessings 1st, then Crypt his whole Library?

Yixlid Jailer will remove Gaea's Blessing's triggered ability, preventing it from triggering.

With 2 Blessings vs. Crypt, it depends whether both blessings end up in the graveyard at the same time.  But, if both go to the graveyard due to the same effect (Of note: multiple brain freeze copies are each separate spells which each mill 3 cards) then both triggers will go on the stack at the same time and each player will get priority before they resolve.

So I cannot wait until all his library is milled then Tormod's Crypt him? Because I was hoping that Gaea's Blessing would not take effect until after all the library is milled. Then I was hoping to just stack my Tormod's Crypt and remove all the Blessings at once.

Yes you can, that is if you mill all the library in one shot (not with Brain Freeze).

Here is what would happen with let's say Painter and Grindstone.

You mill their library
Blessing #1 goes on the stack
Blessing #2 goes on the stack
Both players get priority and can use spells or abilities (Tormod's Crypt)
Blessing #1 resolves, you shuffle all
Both players get priority again
Blessing #2 resolves, you shuffle all.

If Oath of Druids triggers and resolves, then it is possible that 2 Gaea's Blessings would end up in grave at same time (and make for easy pickings with Tormod's Crypt)

Not to pick the eggs of fleas, but since Blessing #2 was on top of Blessing #1 on the stack, Blessing #2 would resolve first.  All else is well.
