Found this list surfing around:

Dragonstorm! by Juan José Rodríguez López

creature [5]
4 Bogardan Hellkite
1 Rorix Bladewing

instant [14]
2 Electrolyze
4 Peer Through Depths
4 Remand
4 Seething Song

sorcery [14]
4 Dragonstorm
4 Ponder
4 Rite of Flame
2 Sleight of Hand

artifact [4]
4 Lotus Bloom

land [23]
2 Bloodstained Mire
2 Flooded Strand
9 Island
2 Mountain
2 Polluted Delta
4 Steam Vents
2 Wooded Foothills

Is this list strong enough to win extended tournaments post conflux? And is Rorix Bladewing right in this deck? I'm thinking about Hellkite Overlord instead, but I can't hardcast him. Just felt like this was an easy to play very straightforward deck to use in extended season. Or should I go with an other kind of deck (Zoo, Bant Aggro or something)?

Why would you want to play Dragonstorm and not Mind's Desire/Tendrils?

I didn't play during t2 season when dragonstorm was being played so I just wanted to try it. But if it's not strong enough for the current extended metagame I can always just netdeck LSV's TEPS deck. It's kinda the same way to play only teps is stronger but with less dragons :-/

Last week I won a small tournament (14 people) with this list:

4 Bogardan Hellkite
1 Changeling berserker

3 Peer Through Depths
4 Remand
4 Seething Song
4 gigadrowse

4 Dragonstorm
4 Ponder
4 Rite of Flame
3 Serum Visions

4 Lotus Bloom

7 Island
2 Mountain
2 Flooded Strand
2 wooded foothills
2 Polluted Delta
2 kher keep
4 Steam Vents

Side:

3 shattering spree
3 blood moon
3 pyroclasm
3 bottled cloister
3 echoing truth

Good points:

- Gigadrowse is awsome. He protects us from counterspells. He taps all the attackers for one turn buying us a turn, really like a time walk. And more important he protects us from sideboard shit against combo like stifle, trickbind or even he saved me from an isochron scepter imprinted with angel's grace. It's never a dead card. I give a 10 to gigadrowse.

- Changeling berserker. Good against control with damnation or wrath of god. Good sinergy with echoing truth.

- 3 copies of each card in sideboard. Not 4. You can not side in many cards in game 2 cause if you do the combo will not run well. I think 3 is a good number taking in account all the card drawing and deck manipulation we run.

- Kher Keep. I was very very doubtful about this card. Finally I took it to the tournament and he saved me a couple of games. However I don't know if cumulative lands like dreadship reef would have worked better.

Bad points:

- There is a small antisinergy between fethlands, ponder VS. peer through depths, serum visions. When I have played a peer or a couple of serum visions, and I am desperately searching a dragonstorm or an echoing truth, the last thing I want to do is shuffle my deck. However I don't want to cut fetchlands neither peer through depths. I don't know how yo solve this problem!

- Bottled cloister. The only round I lost in the tournament was against the rock, with tidehollow sculler and thoughtseize. Bottled cloister was supposed to be my sideboard card against black discard, but he is too slow. Next tournament I will try wheel of fate.

- wooded foothills. We only need 1 mountain with this deck. Or even 0 mountains if we have lotus bloom in play. All the fetchlands must be able to search for islands, not mountains.

- Remand. While it is good in game 1, it was also the first card to side out when I had to make place for the other cards. For the moment I will not cut it from the list, but it is the first candidate to be removed if I find some other useful card.

Against discard, you have the disenssion instant foir 1R that removes your hand until end of turn and you draw a card when you get it back, which was played in dragonstorm when it wasT2 legal....
Was testing allmost the same list, with muddle the mixture instead of remand, to have acces to 2cc spells after board (to solve the "i cant fond my echoing thruth" problem)
I really love the changelin berserker tech.

The card from dissenssion iis "ignorant bliss". I don't understand why I didn't found it when I made my list to the tournament. A lot better than the cloister.

Changeling berserker has proven to be good, but with the new hellkite overlord I suppose everybody will play this monster rather than the berserker.
