I have a question about the timing for Sutured Ghoul and Dragon Breath.  If a Dragon Breath is in my yard along with some creatures, and I cast or reanimate a Sutured Ghoul, two things happen. (1) I choose whether and how many creature cards to remove to Sutured Ghoul and (2) I choose whether to return Dragon Breath from my gy to play enchanting the 7-mana Ghoul.  The ghoul choice is "As Sutured Ghoul comes into play..." and the breath choice is "When a creature with converted mana cost 6 or more comes into play..."

Which am I supposed to choose first?  I am just trying to avoid doing it in the wrong order and having my opponent say "Oh well since you are now removing creatures, you have chosen not to attach breath" or conversely "Oh well since you are now attaching breath, you have declined to remove creatures" at a high-rel finals or something.

Ghoul happens first, then Dragon Breath.  It is a replacement effect that changes the way it comes into play (otherwise it would be a 0/0 and die before you could remove).  Dragon's Breath can't trigger until after Ghoul is already in play.

Quote
Sutured Ghoul {4BBB} |Creature -- Zombie| */*. Trample / As Sutured Ghoul comes into play, remove any number of creature cards in your graveyard from the game. / Sutured Ghoul's power is equal to the total power of the removed cards and its toughness is equal to their total toughness.
Quote
Dragon Breath {1R} |Enchantment -- Aura| Enchant creature / Enchanted creature has haste. / R: Enchanted creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn. / When a creature with converted mana cost 6 or more comes into play, you may return Dragon Breath from your graveyard to play attached to that creature.

Edit: At Competitive and Regular enforcement levels, Out of Order Sequencing will protect you from that sort of nitpicking as long as it's clear that you didn't forget one, you just did it out of order.
