Accumulated Knowledge was is a card I really like, despite its badness in Highlander formats. This is a lot worse card drawer, I think, but it has some milling applications (making it a secondary win condition sometimes).

I like it. In fact, I can see a lot of situations where it would be better than AK since it has synergy with graveyard strategies.

Should this have the wording, 'then that player draws cards...'?  It would make it far more interesting, at the very least.
