Let`s start with my list

Lands
    1  Strip Mine
    1  Tolarian Academy
    4  Wasteland
    5  Mountain
    4  Mishra's Workshop

// Creatures
    4  Goblin Welder
    4  Metalworker
    4  Gorilla Shaman (2)
    4  Solemn Simulacrum
    1  Sundering Titan
    1  Triskelavus
    1  Duplicant

// Spells
    1  Mox Sapphire
    1  Mox Emerald
    1  Mox Jet
    1  Mox Pearl
    1  Mox Ruby
    1  Black Lotus
    1  Sol Ring
    1  Lotus Petal
    3  Sensei's Divining Top
4  Sword of Fire and Ice
    4  Sphere of Resistance
    4  Thorn of Amethyst
    1  Trinisphere
    1  Staff of Domination
    1  Memory Jar

// Sideboard
SB: 4  Relic of Progenitus
SB: 4  Razormane Masticore
SB: 1  Tormod's Crypt
SB: 3  Viashino Heretic
SB: 3  Red Elemental Blast

I tried to get a real draw and search engine into my build. Therefore i try to abuse the effects of welder, Top and Solemn.
After that i built a normal mana denial plan around it, perhaps i need to squeeze 2 crucibles in it, but testing will show this.

What i am not too sure about is, are my silver bullets: Titan, Duplicant, Triskelavus and Staff.

What you think about this pile

If you're going to run Metalworkers, you might want to try out englightened tutor to grab staff for a quicker combo win. Solemn helps because he can grab plains for you. As far as the aggro part of your deck goes, it looks like you are lacking any real beatsticks.

Also, I think 4 gorilla shamans is too much. Your Goblin Welder tricks are limited as well. If you really want to recur stuff, I would consider playing Argivian Find over welder because you don't really have a way of getting artifacts in your graveyard besides getting them countered.

id add in a bazaar of baghdad to help build your yard with artifacts.  also id use a mores staff and try to work in 1 ravager to "oops i win" once staff gets out.

i would make the following changes:
-2 gorilla shamans
-1 sensei's divining top
-1 memory jar
-1 solem simulacrum
-1 lotus petal

+1 bazaar of baghdad
+2 staff of domination
+2 crucible of worlds
+1 arcbound ravager

I would change:

+4 Fetch lands
+3 Ancient Tomb
+2 Juggernaut
+4 Magus of the Moon
+1  Staff of Domination

I would cut back on:

-1  Goblin Welder
-2  Gorilla Shaman (2)
-1  Triskelavus
-1  Duplicant
-1  Lotus Petal
-3  Sensei's Divining Top
-1 Sword of Fire and Ice
-4  Thorn of Amethyst

I think you have a good start, but you have some cards that I believe are extra or don't quite fit in the deck. Currently we have a few different archtypes are pretty common and powerful. I don't quite see why you need more than 2 monkeys, 3 welders and 3 SoFi's. I think Triskevalus is not as good as Triskelion and duplicant is a wash. Top is too encumbering at times, especially since Shop can't activate it and you'll be relying on your mana pool when you have a trini or a coupla sphere's in play. With Fish based decks on the rise, I believe Thorn's are only going to hurt you and maybe could have a home in the SB, but certainly not MD. These are just my thoughts.
