The deck I played is very good, I think.  I did like having two Ancient Grudges, because twice during the day I ended up "stone raining" the bejesus out of people.  I got to helm some one once and it turned out to be really good.  I will probably run this list again, as it was pretty good.  Here is a short recap of the rounds:

Round1; PLaying against Chase Randolf playing Selkie Strike. Game one he gets the ideal set up. T1 Heiarch, turn two selkie. I loose hard core.  Game I play island pass, and he drops lotus. I Force on a hunch and it turns out to be the right call.  He then follows with strip my island. We play draw go with no mana for a bit and I draw some before he does. GG. Game three was awesome for me. My hand is Island ruby fire/ice force and some other random cards I cant remember. He goes t1 heirarch, turn two selkie and I at eot Fire, which is forced through.  I do not remember the details but I won some how.

Round 2 Playing against Trevor Carr with GWSX.  G1 he mulls to four, nuff said.  2 I cant remember the details of the board position but I know I hard cast Leyline and he has to Hail marry pass with time twister. It gives me Drain, tinker and five random other cards. Untap, tinker up helm and thats the round.

Round 3 I get dream crushed by Eric.  AWESOME  Very Happy

Round 4 I play against Kevin Mccoy playing Dredge.  He aggro mulls to four and still keeps a dead hand.  I noticed with his serum powder he pitched 2 bridges HAWT.  I fire my goblin welder to rip the other two later in the game before he has done anything.  Game 2 I have both Jailer sin the initial grip. Sick.

Top four is embarassing for me. I could have won game1, but I opted to not gifts ungiven with force back up, but instead I intuitioned at eot and he plas Aven Mindscensor. Like a complete idiot I let it resolve.  It eventually spells my doom. We both had some pretty sick top decks in this match up. After being duress/thoughtseized two turn in a row I top deck Key with vault in hand. I play vault pass, and he rips duress effect number three. Awesome for him, sucks for me.

Like I said before, I will play this again most likely.  Hopefully next time we will get more than 13. Props for Jeremy bringing in the can of Steele Reserve for the lolz.  Slops for me not playing Steele Reserve Vault like I said I was going to and slops for Jeremy for bringing in that nasty ass beer.   Very Happy  Also. play of the day was made by Billy who responded to an AK with intuition for two AK's and a Fow, letting AK resolve.

Thanks for top 4 being 3 tezzeret decks for me to beat up on.  Very Happy

Poor Billy for being the 3-1 guy not making the cut out of the swiss rounds.

Thanks to everyone who showed up to play.

Anyone interested in starting up some weekly type 1 on Saturday nights for store credit and more play testing opportunities?

Nether Void is absolutely terrible. I can't envision any game I've played with The Deck where I would have wanted everything to be mana leaked.

Lol, there are actually 12 AK's in my mainboard, if I were to list them I probably wouldn't be allowed to enter :<

I am new to The mana drain and was wondering where this store is located?  I am trying to get into a group of like minded players and have recently moved away from the great hub that is Ohio and have noone to play with..  I currently live an hour from Austin and plan on moving real close to DC sometime next year.
Great post and I am glad everyone posts decklists.  Thats such a huge help.   Congrats on your finish as well.
