Thoughtseize suggests you should just say "You choose a creature card and a land card from them." instead of this and/or nonsense.  Players will always take both anyway, and this way players can force the discard of a dredge card or something.

Pretty sure this should have a drawback of some life though.

I disagree.  I think it's almost perfect as is, because the person can just reveal all noncreatures/nonlands, if their hand is capable of it.  The omly mod I'd make is to make it target opponent, instead of player.

Only having to reveal four cards is a drawback, unless of course they only have four cards in hand...?

I'm curious as to why you think it should read target opponent? So that you can't use it on yourself? Or so that it can't be Misdirected onto you?

This card seems to have quite a bit of potential in a Grxis Undead theme. Sometimes the unearth cost is much less than its normal mana cost and it would be useful if you don't have lands at the moment. That or you can just remove some of a player's (mainly your opponent's) resources. Good card for quite a few things.

I'm abit afraid it will be to good at stealing peoples 3de land drop.... There is a reason that discards can't steal lands... what if it was a creature and a noncreature nonland? but that might be abit to good as well....

I almost want to make this card a swingy discard, like "target opponent reveals their hand. if that hand contains both a creature and a noncreature spell, that player discards both. (If the hand does not contain both, this spell has no effect.)"

Are we back to talking about nonland cards in hand as "spells"? I forget how the new terminology works. Otherwise you can just say "noncreature, nonland card".
