Gaea's Blessing

So I have 4 cases where I'm not sure how Gaea's Blessing works (as in I'm unsure of whether or not it's ability triggers). I think the answer is that it does trigger in all 4 cases, but I want to make sure:
1) It's put into your graveyard by Fact of Fiction
2) It's put into your graveyard by Gifts Ungiven
3) It's put into your graveyard by Strategic Planning
4) It's put into your graveyard by Intuition

I would imagine that since you never actually draw the cards and they never hit your hand this counts as "from your library."

In each case, the cards go from the library to the graveyard, so yes, gaea's blessing's ability triggers.  The cards may be looked at or revealed, but they're still in the library at that time.
