Was not sure how this might turn out.  lets say my opponent has leyline of the void out and I enchant myself with wheel of sun and moon and then my opponent activates helm of obedience. what happens is it an infinit loop of my library going onto the bottom of my library?

Or is it dependant on who the active player is?

It's two replacement effects attempting to change the same event.  As such you get to choose which replacement effect applies to each event.  This is not dependent on who the active player is.

Maybe I am misinterrupting helm of obe + leyline... my understanding is if oppoenent activates helm targeting me with him having a leyline i lose my deck due to helm never putting a card into graveyard.

If thats the case wheel of sun and moon would keep putting the cards onto the bottom of my library.

So i guess my refined question is. Can I keep choosing to have the cards revealed go onto the bottom of my library indefinately and when would this process stop if applicable

Sorry I didn't answer your original question.
It would be an infinite loop.  You will have to stop the loop, by applying the leyline effect or risk getting a penalty for stalling.  The game would be a draw if your opponent did not have Leyline in play.
