Do you have a good deck list.  I want to see if I can work this into an existing Enchantress Draw deck.

Hello fraggle.  I actually wrote about the best enchantment win in Magic a couple years ago with Toad.  You can find both parts on StarCity, though you'd want to update the list with some new cards.  I highly recommend finding space in the list for Spell Pierce, but slots are very tight so you may find this difficult to do.

Is this a true "Just Win" card?

Well, if you can setup a 2 life gain each turn, then Zur's Weirding acts as a hard lock. The problem is that it doesn't change the board situation, so if your opponent is ahead on the board, Zur's Weirding can even become a hindrance, since your opponent can also pay life to prevent you from drawing answers while you are under a clock.

You should update the primer. I think that it could be a real contender in today's metagame with the addition of Tezzeret and Vault/Key.
