Yes you can, because the spell that is "cascaded into" is considered to be cast and as such may be kicked.
Relevant rules:
Cascade is a triggered ability that functions only while the spell with cascade is on the stack. "Cascade" means "When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card whose converted mana cost is less than this spell's converted mana cost. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then put all cards exiled from the game this way that weren't cast on the bottom of your library in a random order."
Kicker is a static ability that functions while the spell is on the stack. "Kicker <cost>" means "You may pay an additional <cost> as you cast this spell." The phrase "Kicker <cost 1> and/or <cost 2>" means the same thing as "Kicker <cost 1>, kicker <cost 2>." Paying a spell's kicker cost(s) follows the rules for paying additional costs in rules 601.2b and 601.2e-g.
