Krosan Reclamation question

Hi,

sorry to have this stupid question, but I havent found answer via google, etc..

When I use Krosan Reclamation on my opponents graveyard, do I chose 2 cards, or my opponent does, tnx..

Krosan Reclamation

Target player shuffles up to two target cards from his or her graveyard into his or her library.
Flashback 1Green (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

You control the reclamation so you get to pick the "Target Player" and the "Target Cards.
