link) at approximately 12 Noon O' Clock. The store will open at 11a so you can come in and buy/trade for things you need for the event.

Format:
Legacy Constructed. Up to 15 Proxies. For a complete Legacy Banned List, click
hereThe Proxies must be on either Basic Lands, written clearly in black sharpie (do not use stickers or paper within your sleeves, also do not use ball-point pen as this can cause marked cards) OR on a card with a corresponding mana-cost (e.g. you could proxy a mox diamond on a welding jar; mana-cost includes color).

1st place - 4x Revised Tundra
Guaranteed at 24 Participants:
1st place - choice of 4 Tundras OR 4 Tropical Islands
2nd place - choice of remaining prize
3rd & 4th place - $20
Guranteed at 36 participants:
1st place - choice of either: 4 Tundras OR 4 Tropical Islands OR 4 Wastelands
2nd place - choice of remaining prize
3rd place - choice of remaining-remaining prize
4th place - $20
Guranteed at 45+ Participants
1st place - choice of either: 4 Tundras OR 4 tropical islands OR 4 wastelands OR a library of alexandria
2nd place - choice of remaining prize
3rd place - choice of remaining-remaining prize
4th place - choice of remaining-remaining-remaining prize
5th place - $40
6th place -$30
7th place -$20
8th place-$20
IF we have 45+ participants, there will be additional door prizes (such as deck-boxes, play-mats,dice, etc).
In the event we have 100+ people, we will add prizes to the pool as follows and pay out to top 16 (this is in addition to above prizes):
4x Underground Sea AND 4x Volcanic Island AND 4x Bayou AND 4x Tarmogoyf and either 2 boxes of Zen or a 2 boxes of Worldwake, depending on availability as well as an additional $100 cash (it would look something like this, with everyone getting to choose their prize based on remaining pool):

Implications:
This is a great opportunity to play in a legacy event the weekend before the StarCity Richmond Legacy Open (
details here). As you can see, the prize support gets exponentially better as more participants join, so please bring a friend. There's no better opportunity to playtest and learn the intricacies of your newest brew or your tried and true legacy deck to tweak your sideboard for a big event like the SCG $5K.
Decklists will be REQUIRED and proxies must be noted. Also, the decklists WILL be posted. Be a part of the next weekend's SCG Legacy Open Metagame!!!
Side Events:
If there are enough people, we will host and sanction side events such as 8-man drafts or standard tournaments for packs or cash.
