Does anybody think this will actually sell?

There is a "best offer" option...I wonder how low the seller will go.

Consider when one purchases a house they can usually get $20-$30K of the asking price.

Personally I think It'll go somewhere in the 70 range

It definitely won't be going for anywhere close to 89k, and the same for 70k.

I honestly don't see it going for more than what he paid for it, 20k. It may be the only BGS10, but then and again most people grade using PSA, so that's as much a product of circumstance as it is of grading strictness.

It's not Alpha, so I can't imagine it going anything much over 20k.

a year ago he had it at 49k or best offer.  he just keeps raising the price.  its unique and a special card for magic, but there are a lot cooler unique cards that could be bought for that amount of money.
