A new one from worldwake "Nature's Claim Instant Common Destroy target artifact or enchantment. Its controller gains 4 life." This look like a new vintage classic. Disenchant for . The drawback may even sometimes save you, gaining one turn against aggro (through destroying one of your own mox). Excellent! Sell your oxydizes! This is going to be difficult for oath to deal with green based fish, that should have 4 of those in side (plus quasaali pridemage main)... Could even been packed main, makes sense against most of the meta...

This is pretty much strictly better than all the other similar green spells (Oxidize, Naturalize, Seal, etc.) except maybe Krosan Grip if you want something uncounterable. I always look at the Oxidizes in my board and wish they killed Oath. Now they do.

On the plus side, Chalice for 1's stock just increased.

This was my first thought, too. It is the logical consequence of the Sphere-Juggernaut to have a Disenchant for 1 mana less.

This is an instant 4x in any Ichorid sideboard. I would replace Chain with this in a heartbeat. I can't tell you how many times I've chained a Leyline and my opponent has had hardcasted it before I could go off.

Instant vintage staple in my opinion and as a common you would have to be nuts not to have 4x of these.

And additional bonus : IMHO, the drawback "life gain" is in fact another advantage.
Using it on your own mox to gain 4 life points may often mean "survive one more turn to the attack of a tinkered creature". Or survive one more turn to an aggro deck. Or even "don't die to your dark confidant".
That's really an interesting effect.

Excellent. I don't think you can replace CoV so easily in Ichorid with this, but it definitely should replace Emerald Charm and Oxidize.

Absolutely fantastic card. Obviously a 4 of in Ichorid SB, but this may also make Green be the new splash in Tezz instead of Red since it handles Workshops and Oath.

I've been playing green in my control decks for awhile. I'm quite excited about this card, since it gives me a workshop and oath card.

Not much to say that hasn't been said already, but this card really sucks to face if your running Dragon Oath. It's a 1 CMC answer to Nul Rod and Oath, and while it does get shut out by chalice, it's a really fast and versitile answer. Giving your opponent 4 life shouldn't be an issue, unless you hit Necro with this and they drop Bargain next turn

Interesting that you say that...I was just thinking that ANT would love a spell that does double duty as life gain and Sphere removal.

Agreed. I'm not that familiar with ANT though- can the mana base usually accomodate much in the way of Green spells?

The guy who top8-ed at ICBM open day 2 splashed white for Serenity and Balance in the sb. And that's before the printing of enemy colors fetches.
