Untouchables Vintage Proxy 10
Saturday February 20th
Time: 11:00am
Entry & Registration:
Entry is $40.00
Deck Registration:
Bring a completed deck list or arrive early to fill one out.
Proxy cards must be clearly marked as such on the deck list.
The penalty for late registrants is a match loss in the first round.
Late registrants will be accepted up until the 10 minute mark of the first round.
Format:
Swiss rounds followed by a Top-Eight single-elimination playoff.
Swiss timed at 50 minutes per round, playoff rounds will not be timed
Proxy Cards:
Proxy cards must be on a tournament-legal Magic card; Collector's Edition and gold-bordered Championship Deck cards are not legal.
10 Proxies are allowed at this event (no additional expense).
Names of proxied cards must be clearly legible.
Players using proxies are responsible for knowing and explaining the proper rules and text of their proxied cards. Misinterpretation of the rules or text may result in penalties.
Main Event Prize Structure:
1st Place Unlimited Black Lotus
2nd Place $200
3rd Place $100
4th Place $100
5th Place $40
6th Place $40
7th Place $40
8th Place $40
40 players are required for this prize structure.
Side Event Vintage
If we have more than 40 players (even 41) there will be a single-elimination Side Event Vintage tournament, with the winner taking home $100 cash!
Entry for the side event will be free to players in the main who choose to drop, or $10 for players not in the main who wish to participate.
Trading and Selling:
Players who are playing in the event are welcome to trade at the store but selling is prohibited.
The penalty for breaching this rule is disqualification without prize and/or banning from the store.
