I thought this up today, and I am not sure if it will work...but I thought I would throw it out there anyway
4 Lodestone Golem 4 Ethersworn Cannonist 4 Glowrider 2 Trike?/Something that still works? I think it needs to be a beater though
4 Thorn of Amthyst 4 Null Rod 4 Suppression Field 4 Tangle Wire 1 Trinisphere 2 Smokestack
9 Mox/Black lotus/mana crypt/mana vault/sol ring 4 Shop 1 Tolarian Academy 3 Ancient Tomb 1 Karakas (seems better than a plains, but I dont really care) 1 Flagstone of Trokair (also seems better, but could be a plains) 4 Plains 1 Strip Mine 3 Wasteland
Anyway, I have been looking for a way to actually make Suppression Field less symmetrical for quite some time. It seems good to have 8 Null Rods and 12 spheres. Tell me what you guys think. Oddly enough, I think this is close to the Cron concept of a shop deck that does not need workshop to throw down threats(Rod, Field, Cannonist, and Thorn gives 16 cards playable from land + mox).

The problem I've always had with these type of shop decks is building a consistent manabase to both be explosive and also be able to reliably cast your threats. Glowrider always makes this tricky. Since you're running 4 Null Rod, you're cutting off 1/3 of your mana base. My suggestion is to pear back crypt/vault for another white source and ancient tomb #4. Perhaps make the random trikes/smokestacks 4 juggernauts, or some combination of Aven Mindcensor and more mana sources?

I'm the only other legal target, so I draw 6 cards, and he literally quits Magic. Terrorists searching in vain for these powerful weapons have the saying "Bill Copes spitteth, and he taketh away." Team TMD

The main problem is that your deck has a lot of disynergy.
You play lots of Sphere effect and Canonist. If the Sphere effects work, then Canonist shouldn't be necessary because spells will be so expensive. So drop Canonist. Maybe add Aven Mindcensor in it's place if you need a creature.
I don't have enough time to do all the math, so the rest of this is just eyeballing the decklist, so please take it with a grain of salt.
Drop Tanglewire. Your deck doesn't have any way to break Wire outside of getting an really accelerated draw with Golem and possibly Smokestack.
Possibly add Sphere of Resistance. If so, drop Trinisphere unless you play Enlightened Tutor.
Probably add Enlightened Tutor to get the correct threats or lockpieces in multiples when you need them. I think this is a really good idea since shop decks like this have a habit of drawing too much of one resource. Enlightened Tutor helps balance this while allow you to play silver bullets for early resolved threats without dedicating too much deckspace.
If you do this, drop most if not all of the Null Rods, since it's main benefit would be stop to stop Vault/Key and Moxen. Some combination of Engineered Explosives and Chalice are probably better because they do something close to Null Rod without killing your manabase and come with added utility or killing other random permanents and shutting off bounce spells which both seem like a weakness for this deck.
Possibly drop Smokestacks.
Possibly add some amount of Sculpting Steel, as an answer to Tinker and because copying Lodestone Golem with it is insane.
Windborn Muse could either be maindeck or sideboard.

I haven't tested this or anything, so it is just a shot in the dark. But:
My favorite part of this deck is the fact that it runs 12 Spheres 4 Rods 4 Suppression field
Something about sac lands, moxes, and combo pieces not working while spells cost at least 1 mana more makes me think that you will have a lot of time to accomplish 20 points of damage.
I don't like Glowrider at all, and might would exchange him for sphere, but I really like Cannonist. Cannonist is completely one sided- you will never need to play more than 1 non-artifact spell per turn. Also, he is an artifact and a creature, which evades both Lodestone and Thorn. He is also a lock piece that swings. He seems to fit the bill in almost every way. I don't think this deck needs to beat face to win, just tick away while the opponent twiddles his thumbs.
I am very interested in Sculpting Steel and am willing to cut Wire (even though you are definitely abusing wire when you tap lock pieces and not mana sources even if the Wire does not come back).
Enlightened Tutor- Why would I want to play enlightened tutor with 12 Sphere effects? This sounds like a terrible idea as it does not swing and gets hit by nearly every lock piece being running.
Windborn Muse- too mana intensive, and I do not care if they try to attack me. This deck is obviously not built to survive heavy aggro, I would rather deal with it out of the board. If we are trying to avoid tinker with this, I still think it is a bad idea because of the cost (upwards of 5 mana for Propaganda....eww)

If you REALLY need the Windborn Muse effect just play Ghostly Prison in the board, although I suspect that isn't necessary.

If you're running Smokestack, you absolutely gotta go for more Flagstones of Trokair imo. That is the card that makes the inclusion of white worth it because the card is so unfair.
