How do I get a "Core Set Box FOIL" card???

I wanted a Honor of the Pure 2010 Core Set Box FOIL card, and I thought it would be in a sealed booster display. Like some kind of "reward" for buying 36 boosterpacks. Thus I bought a full M2010 core set booster display, only to realize there was no Honor of the Pure in it... What is a Core Set Box if not a M2010 booster display!?

How do I get a FOIL Honor of the Pure???

I do believe the foil promotional Honor of the Pure was a preorder promo. If you went to your local card shop and preordered a box of Magic 2010 before it was released you should have been given an Honor of the Pure with the purchase of your box. Stores receive the Honor of the Pures in a sealed packaged and are supposed to distribute them to customers that preordered their box. Day of Judgment was the preorder card for Zendikar. The same is true for Worldwake. The preorder card was Celestial Colonnade.

Nartman is mostly right. Each registered brick and mortar store gets "X" number (my local gets about 20 each time, though bigger stores probably get more) of the promo card and they are given out to the first X people to buy a full box (regardless of whether it's pre-ordered or not, though since it's while supplies last pre-ordering is the safest bet to make the cut). Considering the fact that M10 came out about 7 months ago, and that it was hugely popular, I highly doubt any store would have them promotionally anymore. Unfortunately, you're going to have to get them on the secondary market at this point.

The Honor the pure was the foil that Retail chains like wal mart had in this sealed 2 booster pack package deal.  Jaya was also included in those.

idk, maybe they repackaged extras that they had into the Wal-Mart specials, but originally these were Buy-a-Box promos. It also looks like each store gets exactly 20, regardless of size.
