Yep, if you watch the Video, Sol Ring gets reprinted with new art (the "Nev Disk" art).

Yep, been confirmed as an April's Fools Joke (I thought they forgot this year).  If you put all the new cards together, the first letter of each spells out April Fools.  So, whew, for a sec there I thought the RnD team had really screwed up.
