Did you mean "up to four cards with different names"?

Kinda reminds me of Development. How about a  {1}  {U} {G} Sorcery? I don't think there's anything necessarily wrong with it as is, just throwing an idea out there.

I think this card would probably be fine for Vintage. It's probably too pricey to break. Probably too slow to really break Standard also, less sure about that though.

I want to make it a mono colored version of gifts. I am having troubles thinking which color it belongs too.

White is the color of exiling cards (Mostly attacking creatures, enchantments and some artifacts)
Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile Celestial Purge, Death or Glory, Devouring Light, Dust to Dust, EraseExcise, Exile, Final Judgment, Ghostway, Flicker, Iona's Judgment, Last Breath, Liberate, Martyr's Cry, Momentary Blink, Morningtide, Otherworldly Journey, Reciprocate, Return to Dust, Scour, Second Thoughts, Soul Nova, Wipe Clean, Vengeful Dreams, Vanish into memory, Topple, Turn to Mist, Unified Strike, Unmake, Castigate

More interestingly, white has Pull From Eternity which grabs a card that is exiled.

Black has:
Yawgmoth's Will, Unmake, Leyline of the Void, Planar Void, Ashes to Ashes, Bitter Ordeal, Cranial Extraction, Castigate, Caustic Rain, Coffin Purge, Cremate, Death Wish, Decompose, Demonic Consultation, Dimir Machinations, Desperate Research, Doomsday, Ebony Charm, Eradicate, Extirpate, Fade Into Memory, Grave Consequences, Haunting Echoes, headstone, Mind Swords, Neverending Torment, Nighmare Incursion, Rats' Feast, Rapid Decay, Ravenous Trap, Sadistic Sacrament, Shadowfeed, Spoils of the Vault, Thought Hemorrhage, Tombfire.

Basically black has graveyard removal and extraction spells (Bitter Ordeal, Cranial Extraction, Dimir Machinations, Haunting Echoes, Sadistic Sacrament, Extirpate, Eradicate.

The card that looks most like this one is Desperate Research:

Flavor wise, I used the framework of Gifts Ungiven and Realms Uncharted for Prayers Unanswered. For Covetous Wish, I used the framework of the Judge Reward Cunning Wish:

It's not just an astrological sign anymore.

I think it would be both more flavorful and balanced if the black one had a significant life loss, a la Death Wish, Doomsday, etc.  Possibly also exile it on resolution like the original versions.  Ditto for the others.  Being able to Yawg Will or Regrowth them is just dumb.

Are you talking about the spell itself? It seems unlikely that anyone would keep 8 Wish-Gifts targets in the first place. The slots eaten by having targets to resolve it once already seems rough.

The wording says "up to".  So yes, I'd have it remove itself, a la Time Spiral, Restock and All Sun's Dawn.

Do you even know how Gifts works? If you grab only two cards, you get none of them in hand.
