After nearly 6 years, I finally received my PhD in Computer Engineering on Friday. The guy reading the names at commencement mispronounced mine, but fortunately it is spelled correctly on my diploma. I'm the first person in my family to get a doctorate. It's hard to overstate how much work I put into this and how much stress I've been under (particularly for the past few months), but it's finally over and I have to say it was definitely worth it.  |

I'm defending in 2 wks. (PhD in Computational Neuroscience from University of Chicago). The last few months have definitely been busy to say the least. Hopefully, things will go for me as well as they did for you.

May I suggest your next task to be something akin to project mayhem such as in fight club, but with computers?
